The Wedding Workshop No 7

Last night I held another wedding workshop at Tompkins Park. I trust brides, grooms, mothers and friends had a fabulous time and again everyone was quite surprised in what they learned - even the vendors!!
My next workshop will be on the 24 March 2010 - venue TBA. You just have to keep checking the website at :-)

I am blogging mad

I am, I love blogging, when time permits, twitter and facebook. My husband thought blogging is a waste of time, but I have met some wonderful and talented people through them all. One of them is Ms Polka Dot. She is truly an inspiration and a has been a wonderful support.

Just watch this video "Is social media a fad?" from Social Media Consulting. This is certainly an eye opener and so very true!

Jappalin from Flower Talk did a few displays for a client. They were not only a hit for my client but also a big hit for the brides and grooms visiting Sandalford Winery. She is indeed a very talented Lady and great fun to be with!

Toastmasters Bronze

Got my certificate for my Toastmasters Bronze. I am now an "Advanced Communicator Bronze".

Toastmasters have clubs around the world (more than 12.500 clubs). They help people to be more confident in talking to an audience and also become better listeners. It is also a great confidence builder. Here is what members can achieve:

Wedding Workshop Ring Binder

Picked up my new ring binders for my next workshop. Every bride get's one for free at the Wedding Workshop to keep her organized throughout her planning journey. Also all the vendors add their advice in them for her to take home.
